Field Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thrives on creating impactful experiences that bring our brand to life in local markets. In this role, you’ll develop and execute regional campaigns, events, and partnerships that generate demand, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and corporate marketing to ensure our presence in the field aligns with broader business objectives while tailoring strategies to resonate with local audiences. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing programs, events, and sponsorships to support sales pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing activities with local business objectives.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution.
- Develop localized campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, industry associations, and community organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful regional programs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed for events and field activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
