Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights and driving business impact through data. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between raw information and strategic decision-making, turning numbers into clear, actionable stories. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, operations, product, and leadership—to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and bring clarity to complex challenges. This is a hands-on position where your curiosity, analytical mindset, and communication skills will directly shape the way we grow and operate.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
  • Present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support data governance and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics tool (Excel, R, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows and ETL processes.
