Content Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, development, and distribution efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining our content roadmap, creating high-quality, impactful content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, video scripts), and ensuring all content aligns with our business goals and enhances our brand authority. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and sales funnel stages.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, writing, editing, SEO optimization, publishing, and promotion.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to gather insights and produce authoritative, high-value content (e.g., industry reports, webinars, eBooks).
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analyses to ensure maximum organic search performance and traffic generation.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, identify areas for optimization, and report on key content metrics (leads generated, conversion rate, search rankings).
- Oversee freelance writers and external content contributors, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation and content strategy, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage an editorial calendar and drive content projects from concept to completion.
- Experience in nurturing a content-driven sales pipeline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video content production and podcasting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of technical topics related to AI, workflow automation, or enterprise software.
- Experience managing an external budget for content contractors and tools.
